New Year resolutions are important and so hard to keep sometimes. I do not normally set resolutions but this year I decided to reboot the resolution that I created at the beginning of my year, which starts on my birthday in June.
Today was really difficult, I really, really wanted cake. This year the holidays seemed to be a free for all and food was just to plentiful. I can’t complain. Now it’s time to get back on track. Instead of going to get a cake, I decided to put this together. Warning, lol, there is no green in this shake, lol.
Ingredients
- Blueberries (Frozen)
- Peaches (Frozen)
- Banana (Fresh)
- Mango (Fresh)
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla
- Honey
I didn’t measure anything but I made enough for two full cups and it was amazing!!!!
One happy note, I’m glad now that I didn’t get the cake, the cravings are just that, cravings. I hope that you enjoy this recipe.
